Called left message about having no hot water. Never returned my call. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
Jon Poland had 8 months to complete an important and necessary plumbing problem at my cottage. Up to the last minute, when he quit via a phone message, I trusted him to do the work. I see others have used the word "rude" to describe his attitude; and that is so true.
Elderly mother called several times to get hot water heater repaired that was originally installed by Poland. Came once, appeared to possibly clean filter and told he ordered a part, then charged $180. No part arrived and ghosted. Zero response, left note on message board at company to contact, zero response.. I ended up figuring out how to fix the heater myself and doing so in about 30 minutes and $10.
