Aaron, who works in the front office, is courteous and quickly responsive to my inquiries. Getting to speak with Jon was a great. He has tremendous knowledge about cars and advises accordingly. In addition, he's affable and easy to talk to. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Fricker. I think my favorite part about working with these guys is that they try to help me better understand my own car so that I don’t have to bring it back unnecessarily. There aren’t too many shops in the greater Indianapolis area that have the knowledge to work on air cooled cars, and I’m thankful to have found them!
