Gretchen was so rude today from just calling to ask questions about an email she sent me to my policy issue. She will promise you the world and make the previous agent look bad just to turn around and have to backtrack her own promises and words. Today she continued to keep saying " HOW CAN I HELP YOU" WHICH WAS BEYOND RUDE IF YOU ASK ME. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS OFFICE AND GRETCHEN AS WELL.
