My daughter has been seeing this doctor for years and there is always a problem getting her seizure medication or an appointment before her meds run out. After several calls to request for a refill and the meds not been refilled, she has a seizure and busted up her face and teeth on the same day, the receptionist calls and leave a message for me to call her back but never callled my daughter and the message only said to call the office. Horrible patient handling.
