Sitting on my couch writing this realizing my forearm isn’t bothering me anymore. I have carpal tunnel from too much computer work just one session with Jon, the relief is honestly kind of crazy. Jon explains everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. Very glad I found this place!!!

Have you ever had muslel pain every day ? I have it's no fun. I have muslel pain for over 20 years due to my job. I been in and out of massage places, in and out of physical therapy, in and out of the gym . You name it i been there. Dr. John Estrada is amazing at what he does. I came in with pain and tension, and after a few acupuncture and cupping sessions I noticed a huge difference. He’s very attentive, gentle, and makes the whole process comfortable. You can tell he really cares about his patients and their healing. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for natural pain relief and relaxation.
