This is so far the most reliable/quick repair facility i've done business with. Other companies take weeks to repair my equipment. Time is money! Jon-Don also has a tech who specializes in CRB machines. Other companies around DFW would take my machines apart and refuse to work on them; causing loss of revenue.
Made a visit here for service recently for my Prochem Legend SE. Reggie Hinds service manager introduced me to the technician Bodie. If you have a chance to get service here at this location ask for him he is 1 of the best truck-mount technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. He took care of my issues and explained everything to me. There is a black guy in dock, the laziest guy who never want to help unloading freight. Jon Don should fire him, bad service except the white guy with tattoos, he is friendly and cooperative.
Worst customer service. Go TMF guys.
