I dont know where all these 4/5 star reviews are coming from but I regret trusting the rating and not doing my research. I went in for a simple cut shampoo and blow dry and the entire experience felt like an assembly line. They sent me to the wash before the stylist even came to look at my hair while it was dry and it gave me a really bad vibe as there was no consultation and I had a concern I wanted to address that could only be seen if the hair was dry. I just called the Arlington location to set up an appointment and literally it sounded like the receptionist was in a wind tunnel. I mean c’mon. I was literally screaming into the phone. She seemed absolutely clueless! Although in her defense maybe she could not hear me. I had to call back to change times and it was the same thing. My color and hair color was done well which I guess is the main thing, but seriously, you can’t even set up appointments. This should be a no brainer. What a turn off! Get it together.

When I found out Darima was back I immediately booked my haircut and color appointment! It’s been so long since I had such an amazing haircut and color. Best experience with one of the best hairstylist in Northern VA! Love my hair again!

Good but it’s very expensive. I got a trim with no blow dry and it was 76 dollars without tip. Probably won’t go back
