I just called the Arlington location to set up an appointment and literally it sounded like the receptionist was in a wind tunnel. I mean c’mon. I was literally screaming into the phone. She seemed absolutely clueless! Although in her defense maybe she could not hear me. I had to call back to change times and it was the same thing. My color and hair color was done well which I guess is the main thing, but seriously, you can’t even set up appointments. This should be a no brainer. What a turn off! Get it together.

When I found out Darima was back I immediately booked my haircut and color appointment! It’s been so long since I had such an amazing haircut and color. Best experience with one of the best hairstylist in Northern VA! Love my hair again!

Good but it’s very expensive. I got a trim with no blow dry and it was 76 dollars without tip. Probably won’t go back

Naz Marefat is fabulous - she’s attentive, thorough, talented, and great to work with. She did a gorgeous partial highlight with lowlights for me. I’ve been coming back to her for 4 years.
