I've been seen Dr. Cook for almost a year. He is a no-nonsense and caring doctor, he does not rush the patient, takes time to answer all the questions, even the ones I may deem as "silly", he is one of the best PCPs I have seen. Leticia Pilar is very knowledgeable and caring, takes time to ask questions, listen and advice. Both practitioners respond via MyChart and follow up when they say they will, they are both great. Good doctor but often gossips about patients.
I had a physical schedule today at 7:45 AM. I got two reminders from their office stating that my appointment was at 7:45. I arrived at 7:50 and they refused to see me because I was five minutes late. It was a fasting physical, so that even makes it more frustrating. How many times have I waited in that little room for the doctor; it has definitely been much longer than five minutes. It is absolutely inexcusable that someone would be that rigid and unflexible.
