Always assured me that he would look into my policies, make updates so that my premiums would not be skyrocketed. Sometimes he assured me, that he did, but NEVER he did it in reality.
I cannot say enough good things about Jon. He is super-responsive, gives great advice on policy differences to fit your specific needs/budget and is overall just a great person to deal with!
He does not follow in a timely manner and doesn't have my phone number on file after being a client for the past three years!
