I just recently put a home up for sale and Jon Bell with Summer House Realty in Fernandina Beach, Florida was my real estate agent. He is by far one of THE BEST, very knowledgeable, and hard working that doesn’t mind actually getting his hands dirty or offering a hand to help with moving out that was needed.
