I just recently put a home up for sale and Jon Bell with Summer House Realty in Fernandina Beach, Florida was my real estate agent. We met John in Amelia Island on a weekend trip at an open house. We ended up buying a condo in Jacksonville that checked all the boxes! I cannot say enough about his professionalism, responsiveness, patience and dedication throughout the entire process. Not to mention he negotiated a great deal. Highly recommend Jon, even if you live out of state like we do. 5 stars is not enough!
