He was very rude/aggressive to me on the phone this morning. It was unclear why the bill for boiler servicing/gas fire safety check work he had done for my elderly mother last year (2021) was so expensive and took so long so I cancelled an appointment he had made directly with her for this year’s service. Jon was extremely helpful in giving advice and diagnosing a complicated problem with our heating system. All the work he did for us was very good value, professional, and he was very responsive when we needed help quickly. I would highly recommend his services.

Jon installed a new boiler for us in December 2017. Really great service from him. Very knowledgeable, tidy, quick and a nice guy. I have asked him to come back to upgrade various other parts of the central heating system in the Spring. Happy to recommend him.
