I worked with Jon for about 9 months to sell my mother’s house. We were out of state and had to work through a lot of issues to get to the point of selling. Jon was very patient, explained everything thoroughly and helped us find local resources for all our needs. He helped us strategize to make a difficult sale go as smoothly and quickly as possible. We really appreciated his expertise and willingness to talk through things. He is very clear and honest.
Jon is a very hard worker who is always ready to answer calls, texts, questions I had, and communicate with realtors of properties we were interested in. He is very knowledgable about the home buying process from start to finish and his experience and skill was key in getting my home purchase done without delay or problem.
If you’re looking for a realtor that is upfront, honest, and gives your perspective Jon is the the guy for you. Jon always keeps an open line for communication. If he can’t answer right away he will text you and ask when he can call you back. When walking through homes he always points out things that aren’t right, or should be examined more by a professional.
