Jon Allen is the worst agent I have ever had with State Farm. Do not choose this agent. His office is totally unprofessional and he’s always out of town. You’re paying for all his vacations and get no customer service at all. Try State Farm agent Ryan Young in Kennesaw. His rate is much better. I spoke to a client who said Ryan Young is great agent at State Farm
