Dr. Ahlstrom and his staff are nice, however instead of offering me alternative treatments I was coerced into massive life-altering surgery with no mention of the cardiovascular and other risks associated with it. After doing research and consulting with another doctor, my condition can be treated quite easily and with little to no downtime compared to the eight weeks of recovery surgery would require, not to mention the well-documented risks of such surgery.
