We're relatively new patients of Dr. Rumohr (in the last 6 months), but we have had numerous appointments, interactions and requests of his office and have had nothing but excellent experiences. Dr. Rumohr is very smart, responsive and offers solutions to difficult situations. His staff is considerate, prompt and very effective. The NP Chris is highly efficient and very personable as well. We recommend this group highly.

I was very impressed with the personal touch given me. I really appreciated meeting and visiting with Dr. Rumohr before the procedure as well as the Dr. Ben. Gave me a lot of piece of mind and comfort. Thanks for giving me that feeling. Having the Dr. Rumohr call my wife immediatly after he completed the procedure was a great touch.

I arrive about 30 minutes early and was called back early! Front desk personnel were polite and fun. Dr Rumohr is very nice and answered all my questions. Is support staff in the procedure room explained everything and seemed very proficient! I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Rumhor and his staff were very personable, accommodating and professional during my visit. The procedure was explained thoroughly and any questions or concerns were addressed. Only constructive (I hope) criticism: It would've be nice to have been sent home with documentation regarding what might be expected (i.e. regarded as normal) during the next several days as well as a phone number to reach a live person in the event of an emergency. In fairness, some of the above were discussed during my visit.

Although I was apprehensive about the procedure that I was about to experience, all went well, from the young woman at the front desk who checked me in to the rest of the medical care that I received from four different people, including Dr. Rumohr. It helped that I did not have to wait very long to begin my appointment. I arrived twenty minutes early and the appointment actually began five minutes early.
