I love Joplin Strength and Fitness! I love the workouts, the camaraderie with other members, and the extremely knowledgeable trainers. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I spend 4 days a week here because the workouts are made to be modified to each individual’s abilities. At 70 years young I am stronger than ever and I don’t want to lose my mobility. The coaches are very aware of the students and work hard to ensure that nobody gets injured. The gym is a family and a great community to be involved with. Everybody is very supportive of each individual’s journey.
Great place to workout. If you have done CF before or it’s your first time. Everything can be scaled to your ability. They take great care of everyone.
Been an amazing time I’ve lost 30 pounds in the two months I’ve been going here and the coach makes sure u know how to do every workout. Before attempting them absolutely love this gym and the people that go there !
