This is not only a great place to get fit and stronger but also a great community. All the coaches are knowledgeable and so helpful. You need to come try it.

Team exercise is very motivating! They will show you good form and teach you anything you don't know. They have lots of equipment you wouldn't see in a normal gym. After one workout, every muscle will be sore. Everything is fast, heavy, and full-body. If you cannot keep up, sometimes they will show you ways to scale down. That said, I wish there was a "RX minus" option for crossfit workouts. You know, I can't write down my times if I had to skip a set just to breathe... Aside from that, overall very motivating and fun!

Team exercise is very motivating! They will show you good form and teach you anything you don't know. They have lots of equipment and you will be surprised how well they train multiple muscle groups in one workout. If you cannot keep up, sometimes they will show you ways to scale down. However, it's not always obvious what to do if you have an exercise partner, if they want to keep going and you are very tired. I kind of wish there was an RX- option for less experienced people. Overall very motivating and fun!

I love Joplin Strength and Fitness! I love the workouts, the camaraderie with other members, and the extremely knowledgeable trainers. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
