Im not usually one to write a bad review, but i had to for this one. so I paid $130 all up for my massage and i recieved 20mins of rubbing my arms and fingers, 20 minutes of a massage that didnt target the areas i asked her to, 10 minutes of getting burnt and 10 minutes of her being angry and rude. Previously id gotten massages here with Rose and she was amazing, so nice, polite and really took care of my body as a tradie. The first time I booked with Jomeday, I called and asked for a 10am appointment. I arrived at 9.45 and left at 10.10 because no one was in the store. I received a phone call at 10.45 asking where I was for my appointment. I explained I had booked for 10am and was told that next time I should book online. I booked again today (9/07/25) and it was a disaster. I booked and paid $108 online. When I asked for a receipt to claim it on my private health I was told no.
