Very knowledgeable & Awesome company! I was panicking and needed a mold test for a home before I moved in. Their schedule allowed for them to come the same day. Ben was very patient. He looked at every crack and crevice. I felt so comfortable, knowing nothing would be missed. He even educated me on what mold would look like. This is my second time using this company. I would recommend without any hesitation. Hands down the best!

I cannot recommend Mike and his team from House Development and Mold Services more highly. In the course of removing a wet wall that had been damaged from a leak, we unexpected discovered that we had a very serious mold situation to contend with. Mike could not have been more considerate or responsive.
