Joly texts me at 11pm the night before my appointment, and asks me to change from 10 am to 230. I.m would not have seen this had I not rolled over and looked at the phone, if you can't be up for 10 am don't have it as an option. Too bad bc I thought she was pretty good when. I went there when she first opened the doors in 2021. I am glad she did this a business that acts like this is the last place I want to spend my money. I wish I could give this business negative Stars, how dare you text me at almost midnight.
I paid for a $200 perm They claimed was for the length. And they didn’t put me under the heater, they did a cold Perm without asking me if I wanted a cold perm… The curls are straggly and flat, and I did every single thing they told me to do including not dying my hair for three months…. I would not recommend getting a perm at this Salon They will just ruin your hair…
Joly and her staff are absolutely amazing. I had such a great experience! She made my hair look absolutely beautiful and full of life!
