I recently came in for Lo's kickboxing 45 class as a drop in and will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area. Her programming was dynamic and fun, the energy in the class was awesome, and Lo's presence was warm & encouraging. Another perk was the price for this class specifically, it was a great deal! I'm looking forward to discovering more Jolt classes in the future!
The atmosphere here is so welcoming and encouraging! I joined the mom and baby rehab program and it was great! Very baby friendly! Bri and Siggy are really helpful and instructive during the workouts! Currently in the mom and baby fitness program and loving it!
So grateful to have access to such a high quality fitness facility! The trainers are top notch educated and knowledgeable, the equipment is great quality, the facility is super clean, and the atmosphere is electric!⚡️
Awesomly Inclusive Environment....try the boxing class, you won't be disappointed. 🥊
