I had a very disappointing experience at Jolly’s Beauty Salon. I had an appointment for 3:00 PM, but despite arriving on time, I wasn’t taken in until 40 minutes later. They offered a $10 discount for the delay, but it didn’t really make up for the inconvenience, especially since their prices had already increased. The person who took my appointment over the phone didn’t listen carefully and later claimed that I had booked for 2:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM. lowest price in pinellas/hillsborough for a head to wax which is literally what i get....nice spacious clean facilities...could not ask for more!
I love Jolly and her work! I trust her with my eyebrows completely and love the brow tint and threading. I won’t go anywhere else! ❤️ She is the BEST! The space is clean, beautiful and has plenty of space to relax if there is any wait time. They are kid friendly. My little’s have been to an appointment with me many times over the past decade.
Jolly and her staff are the sweetest! I’ve been coming to her salon for years now and I have never left without feeling beautiful. I always get my eyebrows threaded and she gives my eyebrows the perfect shape all the time. Prices are affordable, I highly recommend going to her!
