I don't really write reviews unless something 'really' stands out. I feel a moral responsibility to leave a review for today's experience at Jollys Geelong. Dealing with car stuff is out of my comfort zone therefore it triggers panic attacks/anxiety. Do not order parts online!! SCAM!! They do not deliver and try to extort for more money when followed up on then block you!
Seem to think consumer law doesn't apply to them with a "no refund policy". Purchased 4 tyres from the showroom and were reassured if there were any issues they could be returned. 2 of the tyres were faulty and wouldn't balance. Upon return, was provided store credit and was refused a refund, stating store policy was no refunds despite this being illegal under consumer law.
