After two different companies tried unsuccessfully to determine the problem with my Navien tankless water heater, I noticed a Jolly Rooter van on my block and it had Navien on it. I called and Rich had a workman come the next day. Chris arrived and found the problem right away! We discussed the possibility of trying to repair it but in the end we decided on a new one. Chris came over to install my Aquasure soft water system, covering just the labor. He dedicated the whole day to carefully removing my old Culligan system and re-plumbing everything to fit the new setup. He did an excellent job, and I really appreciated his effort, especially since it took him the entire day. I felt a bit sorry for him because it took longer than expected, but he was very understanding, saying sometimes things don't go as planned. Chris came out for an emergency call and couldn’t have been better!! He took the time to explain what was needed, help me research how to get it, helped me speak to the company for the parts on the phone and will be coming back soon to make a permanent fix - but today I’m back in business! And when I first called and got the owner - he couldn’t have been better at understanding my problem, helping me over the phone to turn off the water and sent out Chris within a few hours.
