Jolly rooter did a water heater replacement for me at a rental property in Reno. It was a nightmare of a location to get the old one out from. They coordinated with the tenant, were very reasonably priced, and I didn’t have to do a thing besides call them and order! Very easy to do business with and very clean work. Highly recommend!
We had a sudden leak happen in our master shower drain that is on our second floor, over our entry way. Rich and his team came out, looked it over, gave us a quote and were so knowledgeable, that when they went to fix it, got it fixed in half the time they quoted! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!
Rich and John are both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They’re helpful with advice to prevent future problems and preventative maintenance. Jolly Rooter is our go-to plumber. We have had an issue with noisy plumbing and water pressure for a few years. Rich and Matthew did great work, diagnosed and actually solved the problem. We needed a new Pressure Release Valve - the one installed with the home was cheap and way too small - you can see the picture attached, the one on the bottom was the original & the one on top was the piece installed by Jolly Rooter (huge quality/size difference)!
