We had a drain issue about a year ago. We called Jolly Rooter. They had a full day's work scheduled, but could add us to the end of their schedule and gave us an approximate time. They promised to call when they were on the way. And, they did. The guys showed up and tackled the job. We've had no issues since. We would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issue!

Great experience with Jolly Rooter. After having learned my the plumber I’d been using for years was bought out and they proposed to charge me $2,000 for a slow drain I decided to get a second opinion from a locally owned company. Called spoke to the owner at length. Had a great conversation. Booked the service. Chris was prompt honest professional and fixed the issue at 10% of the quoted price of the other place. Good to know there is still some locally owned shops still here in Reno. Will use again.

Chris did a fantastic job taking out our old water heater and installing a great new Bradford White. He worked quickly and was very helpful showing me what he was doing at each step of the process, and how to drain and service the new water heater. Jolly Rooter also provided a 6 year warranty on the heater, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. I highly recommend Jolly Rooter and the fine work of Chris, Rich, and the team. They're a great local business!
