My 2 year old grand child was purposely kicked by another child. Root cause, staff not facilitating, over capacity...like, there was no room. Thos location needs true management.
This place has so much potential and my 7yo loved it when we went about 2-3 months ago, but I believe she got flea or bed bug bites from our visit. I could even forgive that as a fluke (that’s how desperate parents are for indoor play spaces!), but it’s true that there is no food (one half empty vending machine), it’s very run down and not the cleanest, and stuff is broken. We visited Jolly Roger Land because Google says they close at 8:00 PM. We drove for an hour so our kids could play, specifically choosing this place because it showed they were open until 8. However, when we arrived, the staff told us they close at 7:30 PM and that they have the right to change their hours last minute. This was very disappointing. If the posted hours say 8:00 PM, customers should be able to rely on that information. Driving an hour with children only to be turned away early is frustrating and unprofessional.... read more
Very dirty, almost everything that required power was broken, no food, the ball pit looks like 75% of the balls were missing. You couldn't possibly have a birthday party here. That "party room" was smaller than my living room. I brought my 3 year old here for a party, we packed up and left after 20 minutes or so. This place needs to remodel or close down. The entry fee definitely does not match the venue 👎👎
This place is not safe and dangerous. My granddaughter was trying to ride the merry go around and was pushed by anot her kid. She hit her forehead against the doll house and split her forehead.She had a big gash. The frames of the doll house & the play clinic are plywood and they are not padded. The edges are very sharp are hazardous. The merry go round is placed in a very tight corner & when it goes around it almost hit the kids standing around.
