Josh at AZ Jolly Jumpers was terrific! He bailed us out of a bad situation with another bounce house company. The other company double booked the jump/waterslide combo, and gave it away to another customer, eventhough he admitted we clearly had our deposit in first. We called Josh frantically friday night at 7:30p to see if he had the Minecraft waterslide combo in stock for the very next day! We had an event on 10/20. they driver showed up early so there were issues with the set up. bouncer didn't work properly and wouldn't stay inflated- reach out the day after even to discusses the issues with the manager was told a manger would call me back within 7-10 days... we are now a month out. no call or resolution. was asking for a partial refund or a full credit.... terrible customer service and lack of communication.
