Brought a truck in to have a spark plug fixed that had blown out of the head and paid $500 drove the truck home and parked it got in the truck three days later to go pick my mother up from the nursing home and soon as I started, it blew the plug out again. Had the wrong part put on and had to pay for both, I mean I did put a lot of trust into them but even if it were my fault it could have been handled better I mean its not worth fighting over but I asked before I paid what if I couldn't and they were like I sell your car blah blah I even asked other questions but if you gotta use them buy your part first and make it very very clear
