Yusufah was the technician. He showed up within the allotted time. He phoned to inform us that he was on his way. Outside, he explained what he was doing and why. He then clarified some of my inquiries regarding the inside thermostat. He went over every detail.
It turned out that the dampers on my air conditioner vents were failing, so I couldn't control the temperature in the rooms in my house. Before Alex showed up, nobody could figure it out. He found the problem in an hour! It had stumped three other air conditioning businesses.
My technician, Felix , identified the trouble in more or less 20 minutes (a defective manipulated panel), and bought and established the brand new component inside forty eight hours. Installation technicians were excellent and personable. The heating, cooling and humidifier installations were very skilled, and professional. Overall an outstanding experience.
