We had a slow water leak inside a laundry room wall. The plumbers were very quick to come out, diagnose, and fix the issue. Then they recommended their restoration division who also came out the same day to give a quote. Within a couple of days they came out and did the mold mitigation and seemed to do a great job. That's where the good service ends. Every step of the restoration portion took weeks with almost no communication. A month later the drywall was fixed a little sloppy but acceptable.
