Super slow
The meat is still raw! Yes the staff immediately replace for me the new burger but the chicken is also undercooked. This is what happens when they did not properly thaw the frozen meat from the freezer and just put inside the fryer, that’s the reason of the raw meat. Dear customers, make sure to check before eating so you can claim a free meal from Jolibee management.

The staff were so rude. He told me to order at the machine while other customers could order at the counter. He didn’t even smile and gave me an attitude.
