The staff here were amazing! They told me the chicken had just been freshly cooked and asked if I could wait for about 12 minutes. While I was waiting, they kindly gave me free food and a drink. I was so happy, and all my stress just disappeared. Their kindness and excellent customer service really made my day. Great job, Jollibee! 100/100. Highly recommended!
As a Filipino, I encourage you to not order here. It is a shame that this franchise has ruined the reputation of the beloved fast food chain of our country. The food is not nearly as good as it is from the original and when you order online, not only you'd have to wait for a long time, there's always something missing! I think it's more better that either they reconstruct and fix the management or just close down entirely. I'd rather miss Jollibee than have and taste it in it's worst state possible.
Not crowded, nice place
Visited for takeaway for the first time today and had a great experience. The staff member (an Indian lady) was very friendly, and a male staff member was also extremely polite and welcoming. Thank you both for your thoughtful and excellent service. It made my visit a pleasant one. Highly recommended!
