They failed to include my extra gravy everytime I order from this store. So the last time I ordered I left a note telling them to please include it this time as I have not received my extra gravy a few times already. They did include my extra gravy this time BUT gave me the worst chicken I have ever seen the darkest ones and the smallest ones!!! Never for this store I'll go back to gaisano tabunok branch! Staffs here are vicious!
1st experience- wrong order 2nd experience is this? Today, we went to Jollibee with my family to have a breakfast and ended up being served with super cold garlic rice! I tried to asked but they communicate like it's just normal! Punyeta! Kalood kaunon sa garlic rice cold nga lata and the rest of the foods are cold. Worst experience ever. Customers don't wasting time for arguments. We simply just don't come back. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME TO BOND WITH MY FAMILY HERE!
One staff / crew is so weird and stares in an uncomfortable and inappropriate way to a minor. Restaurants should make customers feel safe, not the other way around. I hope there will be stricter policies on how crews should properly behave and treat customers
Worst ever! Waited 2hrs just for an order less than 500pesos. Managers are all over the place! Just today. Not worth it
