The spicy chicken has that pure industrial chili flavor - you can't even see any chili, not even powdered chili. The chicken isn't even as good as KFC, and it's not as delicious as people say.

Service is slow, as expected here in Malaysia, so don’t come in a rush. Seating is limited — around 10 four-seater tables and two high six-seater tables. The space is open and quite refreshing, though not exactly cozy. There’s a power socket at one of the couch tables, which is a nice touch if you want to get some work done while eating. Chickenjoy is still on another level. Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned — easily one of the best fried chickens out there. The decor is quite nice too: clean, modern, and a pleasant place to dine in. Simple, comfortable, and welcoming. Solid Jollibee experience overall, mainly for that unbeatable Chickenjoy.
