10th May 2026 - 9:24pm Visited Jollibee recently and had a disappointing experience at the counter. The staff handling the orders came across as rude and not friendly at all. Every time I tried to ask something, I was interrupted with “order number, order number” without even understanding my query first. I understand the outlet may have been overwhelmed with customers, and it also seemed like the same staff was handling both the front counter and drive-thru, which can be stressful. Not bad fast food restaurant in Rawang. Price about the same as some other fast food outlets. Taste is not bad too. The rice and chicken meal could be better if the rice was not plain rice instead it could be buttered rice. The restaurant could be checked better as both sinks were stuck which is quite bad hygiene for a food outlet. Cleanliness could be improved. Otherwise it's a good replacement for a fast food outlet.
