My recent trip to Times Square was my first time trying Jollibee. I was so impressed with the chicken and mac & cheese that I went a second time before heading home. We placed an online order to get ahead of the line since the waits are long-- it's Times Square! When we got there, we checked if our order was ready (we got a text saying it was and we could see what appeared to be our drinks sitting there) but they said it was still being made. First time trying Jollibee and I loved it. The chicken is better than anything you can get at most of the American chicken chains. Went a little after midnight on a Wednesday, service was rapid and were able to get a table. Food quality was fantastic and fresh. The staff (one woman in particular) was extremely helpful!
