Katherine J was an absolute angel. She made sure I was taken care of, seated, and fed! Truly exceptional customer service, this was my first time at Jollibee’s and I’ll 100% be coming back and bringing my parents here as well. Mindblowingly good chicken with perfectly crispy shell and a super juice inside.

Amazing Jollibee location! Management was kind and courteous - pineapple quenched is always delicious and the chicken was juicy and crispy! Excellent. They also have NY Exclusive Jollibee merch!
Kathy J was so very nice and welcoming to us. She helped us find a table. Kenneth at the cash register was very friendly snd hrlpful. There eye no sandwiches available. Need a better variety of sauces to dip the chicken. Coleslaw was just ok. Gravy tasted bottled. There are not enough tables.
