Ordered through UberEats. App did not allow order notes, so we had to place a phone call to ask for no gravy on the steak burger order. The kind employee who answered took the name that was going to be on the order and successfully made sure there was no gravy. Thank you for your attentiveness :)
Disappointing experience with both the Henderson location and the customer service process. After my visit, I submitted a detailed complaint through the proper channels. I received an email acknowledging my feedback and stating that the matter would be reviewed and that someone would follow up. That was weeks ago.
