I Want to give this place a good rating because the food itself was pretty good and the girl at the front counter was very nice. The male manager was also very nice but this is where things went downhill... I Visited this location just after it opened and witnessed the manager use the washroom (urinal) and not wash his hands (I was also in the washroom and witnessed it first hand).. Jan 26, 2026 @ approx. 8pm. We went to Jollibee for dinner. I ordered a 2-pc chicken and one of the chicken was raw with blood on it. I brought it to the manager and asked very nicely if I can get a new one because I am not comfortable eating a bloody chicken. The manager insisted it was not raw, it’s just “juicy”. I didn’t want to risk it so I just left it for them to dispose. I was very disappointed.. I left Jollibee still feeling hungry. That lady is the worst Jollibee manager ever!!
It was my first time trying jollibee and Princess gave the best customer service ever! She was fast and so kind!
