This was my third visit to this branch, but this time I waited 20 minutes for my order. The place was mostly empty, and the staff seemed to be goofing around. I went to check and found my order already on the counter in front of one of the staff, but they weren’t even buzzing me. They were just chatting with each other. The food was cold and tasted old. I love Jollibee. It served as my treats of the week. It’s my first time ordering yumburger. I was so excited, unfortunately the yumberger is not what expected to be. Meat is dry and old and no sauce. I was so disappointed for a $5 yumburger it was a waste of money. I wish they will give refund.

Worst customer service and experience ever. First, they do not check uber drivers if they have confirmed pickup. I ordered at 12:55pm, and had more than 15 driver changes without any notice on why that is happening. I proceeded to call this store to ask what is going on. They admitted that they released the order to a driver who lied about confirming that he has picked it up.
