This is our favorite fried chicken chain, hands down. We have been to different locations, and one thing we really appreciate is how consistent the quality is. It is not like one location is great and another one is disappointing — the food has been reliable every time. The fried chicken is always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. My bf just ordered food through DoorDash an hour ago, and when the food arrived we got the wrong order. We ordered $100 worth of food, and we only got a spicy chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. My bf called the store to see if the order is still there because he was going to pick it up himself, and our order wasn’t even there anymore.
