Went through drive-thru, was told to pull in front and wait 4 minutes for fries. Sat in my car 20 minutes before going in to ask about my order, lady upfront had a "oops we forgot" look on her face, told me she would get it. Then turns around and tells me its going to be a 15 minute wait for the chicken.

My auntie online ordered, and picked up the food. So, on the pickup order, it said it will be ready by 4:38 pm, but came ready at around 5:35 pm!! ALREADY AN HOUR WAIT!!
I had a pick up order, they forgot to give me my second bag. Got home , 45 minutes away btw, then realized they forgot to give me my second bag. Thankfully gave me a refund for everything missing
First time here, the food was delicious
