We arrived and placed an order on the electronic kiosk for just a basic 8pc Spicy Chicken meal combo, two drinks, and one pie. Sounds simple right? What we expected was maybe a 10 minute wait for our order, but instead we never got our food. We waited almost an entire hour for a fast food, an hour until we decided it wasn't worth it and requested a refund.
