Delivering the food is a bit slow especially when peak hours/weekends. But the highlight is the staffs/crews are very hardworking and approachable. They are very patient with upset customers due to waiting. I think they are just understaffed there and it’s not the crews fault. Kudos to all of them, especially Sir Jonathan.
Great food
The food is great don’t get me wrong but every time I do a pick up online it’s horrible I order and when I get there my order isn’t ready till an hour later Don’t see the point of ordering ahead if they don’t cook the chicken till I get there! This has happened in every location!!!! Chicken is good but waiting an hour is crazy ! Throw in a pie or some rice for the wait at least Will no longer support
