After this location messed up my order a few weeks ago by forgetting 1 of my 2 side dishes. And the Brampton location messed my order 1 month ago by forgetting to pack both burgers that we were charged for. I decided to give this chain a third chance. Big mistake !!!! Again they packed my order incorrectly by forgetting to pack both of my side dishes. I get that perhaps I should have double checked to make sure everything was there. Quality matters. Jollibee is way better in quality compared to others.
Food was delicious
I had 3 piece spicy chicken meal with pineapple quencher and fries side. Chicken was pretty good, not too greasy and good amount of crisp. They don’t seem to have an adequate plan of execution to serve during a regular lunch hour walk in at this location. It took 22 minutes from payment to receiving the meal. When I walked in, there was only myself and another customer who also waited the same amount of time as I did.
