I had a very disappointing experience at Jollibee. I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for my order, and when it finally arrived, the food quality and service were unacceptable. July 11th 2026 The fried chicken had black discoloration inside, which immediately made me question whether it was safe to eat. My Angus burger was cold, almost as if it had been sitting or was still partially frozen. I finally tried Jollibee, and it definitely lived up to the hype! I ordered the regular (non-spicy) chicken, and it came out hot, fresh, and crispy. The chicken itself isn't heavily seasoned, but that's perfectly balanced by the rich, flavorful gravy that comes with it for dipping. I also upgraded my side to the spaghetti for an extra $1.50, and I'm so glad I did. It has a slightly sweet sauce with diced pepperoni, and the flavor was surprisingly delicious.
