Sundays are busy so be prepared for the volume. The fried chicken is out and you are a fried chicken place. Put a sign on the kiosk if it is out of order. It will save your employees time from pretending like they know how to fix it when a customer calls them over when they don’t. So many employees, but half of them look lost. Not a good look when it’s full of people waiting to order. Food is great. Customer service needs improvement.

The chicken here is a bit too breaded so there is a ton of fried chicken skin and breading on these. The spicy chicken is pretty good, with a good amount of spice!
Come on guys!!, people serving on drive thrus you have to make sure you give customers napkins and utensil!! that was terrible!!!!
