2026 update: Wow. Quality has fallen hard. Like a rock. Corporate - what have you done? It’s not anywhere near a newly opened Jollibee. Quality is not good, store is dirty, no ice in the soda machine. I ordered 4 Ube pies to go and got home only to find 2 peach and no more Ube (yeah I ate the 2 on the way back to Austin and I like the Peach one!). I went a few weeks back and had a horrible experience. The food was actually very good. Especially the gravy they serve with chicken. But i dont know if they got overwhelmed from being busy or everything just went wrong that day. Took forever to get our food. When we got it, they didnt give us plates so it took some more time to get an employees attention to ask for some. The place was super messy.
