Most of the time the gravy is halfway full, so last time I told them to fill it up which they did. Now they are telling me that it comes the way it is (halfway full), why even have a big container if it is halfway filled? Especially for the price of $40+ for a 6 pcs. Not coming back here again.

Drive thru sound is very low and can’t understand what is being said. Biscuits were cold and hard as rocks, chicken was cold. Don’t offer sweet tea or Dr Pepper.
Ok I tried them twice and had the same experience..staff are totally checked out seem irritated to have to tend to customers..as for the chicken it's really not up to all the hype and the sides are usually cold and lack luster.the biscuit is rock hard as well..over priced and over hyped.
Super fast and busy. Food was fresh and hot.
