Placed a delivery order for 6pcs all original chicken and spaghetti. I got the food and the chicken was all spicy (no one really eat spicy foods at home). I called them just to see what we can do bcs I spent money on this. The guy who answered the call said he was going to tell the manager “bcs he doesn’t know what to do with this situation” and then hungup. I didn’t even bother to call back. Smh
Placed pick up order for a two piece and spaghetti and they gave me two legs. They didn’t even let me know that my order had two legs and if I would have wanted to wait for a thigh if they didn’t haven’t any ready. The male teenagers working seemed to have made my order. I am upset.
If you've had Jollibee in the Philippines this is an authentic experience to there. If not the chicken is very crispy and juicy, and the pies are hot and fresh.
