Before I could even get in on the phone whoever I talked to was extremely rude and sounded a little drunk or high their words were slurred and she kept having to repeat what she said because couldn’t understand her. I get there and there service I asked for, gel nail extensions with nail forms NOT a gel tip, which they said they could do they could not do it or they style I asked for even after emailing the style pic and them confirming that they could do it. Wanted to check this place out and saw they offer Dazzle Dry. I came in for a mani pedi appointment at 3 pm, expecting to be there for an hour max, and was not done until 5:20 pm. I had a basic mani pedi with dazzle dry, no designs, no extras. Three days later my nails are already chipped. Pretty disappointed with the service as I am getting engaged soon and already need to get a new mani three days later and wasted 2.5 hours of my afternoon
Trish has been doing my nails (Gel X and Gel manis) for almost a year now and she never ceases to amaze me! Her design work is top notch, usually anything you explain or show to her she can recreate and adds her own flair. The salon itself is super cute and cozy, and the whole staff is super sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend Jolli Nail Studio to everyone!!
Trish is amazing! I went here for the first time to get my nails done for my 30th birthday and had the best time! The studio is super nice and the vibes are great. 100% would recommend to anybody looking for beautiful nails!!
