I called in for my free consultation and found them to be personable and up front about their policies, procedures, and pricing. They answered all of my questions and offered advice to help me move forward in my case whether that included them or not. I was a good experience overall, less the occasion for the call.
I strongly advise against hiring Kristofer Snow as an attorney. My experience with him was highly unprofessional and damaging to my case. I specifically instructed him to draft a letter to my ex-spouse stating that I was willing to pay half of her debt. Instead, he sent a letter stating that I would pay all of her debt. He then sent the letter directly to my ex and told her to respond through him, assuring me that he would forward her reply.
