Malisa is amazing!!! absolutely incredible! The company and the managing partners though don't care that you have spent $20,000 plus on them, they keep sticking it to you by having a retainer policy that keeps charging you every two weeks regardless if you had an issue that you needed their legal counsel on the week prior. Despite ongoing issues that have been regularly occurring, they want to stick it to you by requiring they call you every two weeks despite having regular ongoing issues with enforcement of the decree. Not father's advocates. Not men's advocates. Don't be fooled.
In Our first interview he took a half hour to 45 minutes to make a phone call. Said he would file a writ of assistance the next day to help my son due to custody issues. I never heard back from him for a week after calling several times. Finally got ahold of him on the phone and he apoligized and said it would be done that night. It is now two days later. No results. Nothing done. Seems to busy to care.
If you want to be walked all over as a father these are the guys for you. They say they are for fathers but just look at their track record. The attorneys will sit next to you while they allow your child and rights get taken from you. Just watch them in court before you waste your money.
