Dr Heo ís always responsive and quick to be there when I need her medical attention.
Dr. Jolene Heo has been my Primary Care Physician (PCP) for the five years we have lived in Brentwood. She is very knowledgeable of her field, and very personable/likeable. She listens to her patients and responds to messages. I very much enjoy her having been assigned to me as PCP. I have been a Sutter patient for over ten years now, and enjoy being in her care more than the other (previously assigned) PCPs.
Great experience. I am so thankful for Dr. Heo. She is responsive, listens to me, addresses my concerns/health issues in clear layman’s terms and follows up to ensure the utmost care. Her staff are courteous and professional. She $ her staff are an asset to the Sutter Health team!
Dr Heo is the best doctor I’ve ever had in my 75 years. Always friendly, informative, professional and answers all my questions.
