Absolutely the best! Listens intently and gives advice and reassurance. Great bedside manner and actually has a sense of humor. Not overly clinical. The cardiac team at Mission Hospital is extremely professional. They saved my life. Each day is a gift now thanks to them.
Unprofessional front end staff. While waiting with my mom in the ER waitng room, I witnessed 'mean-girl’ gang-like behavior by some of the intake staff (billing and RNs) to several patients coming in for emergency treatement. The doctors seemed nice and capable, but if I was a doctor who had trained for years to be able to treat patients, I would be ashamed/embarassed to work with the medical staff at the John Muir Concord ER.
