My Hair Was Ruined Days Before My Wedding I had a 12PM appointment and called ahead when I realized I’d be running late. I was told it was fine as long as I arrived before 1PM. When I arrived, I still had to wait another 30 minutes because Anyriam was working on someone else’s client. When I was finally brought back, it was the assistant who started working on my hair. I've been a loyal customer since 2020 and have always had wonderful experiences with Anyriam and Khadija – they truly are the BEST! While I understand and accept the recent price increases, I still find your salon to be a great place for a full hair color and cut. However, I am a little puzzled as to why video recordings aren't offered to all clients. It makes me feel like there might be a difference in how clients are treated, perhaps with videos being reserved for higher-priced services and not standard color treatments.

I have been coming to Jolimia salon for the past 9 years. Every service I received had been a great experience. Everyone in this salon is very friendly and professional specially Khadija. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and expertise. Khadija really listen to what I want, gives helpful suggestions, and always delivers exactly what I envisioned or better! I visited Jolimia Salon on March 12, 2025, for a bleaching and coloring session. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had. The stylist, Khadijah, overprocessed my hair during the service, and it ended up burned — leaving it severely damaged, dry, and breaking off in chunks. When I raised my concerns, there was no real acknowledgment or attempt to fix the issue. I left the salon with compromised hair and no guidance on how to treat the damage that was done.
